RETURNS + REFUNDS

At Grit + Glam, each piece is carefully assembled, inspected, and packaged before it makes its way to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference-based reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Gold tone/color preference
  • Style preference
  • Ordering the incorrect size or length
  • Normal variations in color or appearance between photos/screens and the item in person

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, materials, and photos carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we determine that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin preparing orders as quickly as possible, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially requested pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

NATURAL WEAR

Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, discoloration, or damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, water, perfumes, lotions, or other external factors are not considered manufacturing defects.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your jewelry to help keep your pieces looking their best.
